Also, Kali Puja will start from October 8 and Jagaddhatri Puja will be held in West Bengal from October 15 to October 19. Sahaj Portal Registration for West Bengal Durga Puja Permission
The entire registration process can be completed in 5 simple steps. The registration process can be completed by following the steps given below one by one.
- First, you have to go to the aasan.wb.gov.in portal for permission for Durga Puja.
- Then go to the Festival Details section and select Durga Puja as the name of the festival. Here, you have to provide information about the address of the puja, district, block, nearest Fire Station, puja start date and total budget of the puja.
- Then, you have to provide the name of the club or puja committee, subdivision, Post Office, PIN Code and nearest police station. Also, you have to provide the registration number of the committee, name of Gram Panchayat or Ward and details of the electricity source.
- In the next section, you have to provide information about the organizer of the puja. Here, you have to provide the name of the president or secretary, father or husband’s name, mobile number and email ID. Along with this, you have to provide information about the number of volunteers, inauguration date and whether any celebrities will come.
- Then, you have to provide information about the place of immersion, height of the idol and date and time of the venue. You also have to agree to the necessary declarations related to fire safety.
- In the next section, you have to provide information about the land where the puja will be held. You have to select whether the land is Private, Government or any other type of land. If it is Private Land, you have to provide NOC with the name and contact information of the land owner.
- Then you have to provide the necessary information about electricity. You have to mention the electricity connection information of the last year, Meter Consumer Number and Approved Load (KW). Also, you have to provide the name of the Electrician, License Number and Mobile Number.
- In the next part, you have to provide information about Fire Safety. Here, you have to provide the total Area (Square Feet) of the Pandal and the details of the materials used in making the Pandal. In addition, you have to provide the name of the Decorator, Mobile Number and Trade License Number.
- Finally, you have to agree to the Declaration and go to the next step. There, you have to upload the necessary documents and submit the application. After that, after the NOC and other approval processes are completed, the final permission will be available within a specified time.
